Lucy's Story

Meet Lucy, a 4 1/2 year old Siberian Husky who found a forever home in Grand Rapids, Michigan with Beth.

Lucy was adopted at six months old, when Beth decided to adopt a dog and move into her first apartment. Lucy and Beth fell in love right away. Beth kept the name Lucy because it fit so well, and her dog always “has a lot of explaining to do!” Lucy loves her vanilla flavored ball and anything peanut butter. She is a very smart dog and is a certified Canine Good Citizen. Lucy sometimes gets caught teaching her brother Keller, an Australian Shepherd, naughty habits, but she is very protective and is always looking out for him. Lucy loves going for walks or runs, spending time with Grandpa, playing in the snow, going for car or boat rides, and excavating Beth’s backyard!
